PRODUCTS

Ball valves

Ball valves are now manufactured from a range of engineered plastics including GRPP, PP, GRPE, PE, PVDF and PVC to ensure compatibility with today's demanding chemical, process chemical and water treatment environments.
Our range of ball valves is designed for total flexibility with an extensive selection of end sockets, connectors, adaptors and outlets to BS, DIN and ASA.
Many are available with encapsulated metal reinforced and serrated flanges as standard which enables our ball valves to be connected to virtually all types of pipework.
A complete range of 2, 3 and 4 way L and T port valves is available as standard.

Diaphragm valves

We are pleased to announce the addition of diaphragm valves to its existing range of valves. Available in various materials including PP, PVDF and PVC with EPDM, FPM or PTFE diaphragms. Design features and options include male spigot or integrated flange connections, valve position indicator, tamperproof locking systems, serrated flanges, handle extensions, mounting inserts, colour coded hand wheel, valve identification area and limit switch boxes.
All valves conform to E.N. 19 standard and have ISO F05/F07 bonnets for actuation.

Actuators

Our range of actuators is available in 12V, 24V AC and DC AND 110V, 240V and 415V AC single or 3 phase electric.
The SM1 and SM2 Electric Actuators have 90° operating times 0,5 to 8,75 seconds, with manual overrides, as standard.
We also offers a full range of pneumatically actuated valves, all of which can be fitted with double acting or failsafe (spring return) and are available with limit switch boxes, valve position indicators, solenoids, controllers and positioners. Valves for actuation are assembled and tested at our Poole factory ready for installation.

Butterfly valves

To compliment its range of valves, we have a serie of manual and actuated butterfly valves in PP, PVDF or PVC with pressure ratings up to PN10 (10 bars).
Available to BS, DIN or ASA configuration flanges, with EPDM or FPM seals, our butterfly valves can be bolted into pipeline flanges to assist with installation.
Our butterfly valves are available from 2" to 24" (DN50 to DN600).
Our butterfly valves can be actuated Electrically or Pneumatically and are 100% tested prior to despatch ready for installation.

Tamperproof and lockable valves

A unique range of tamperproof and lockable systems for valves on installations where safety and security are paramount importance.
Whether to comply with International Standard (UN Chapter 16), to control access to hazardous chemicals or compliance with COSHH, SAFI can offer a manual or remote solution.

We can supply a number of Pipeline Accessories to assist you with your flow control requirements including :
- NON-RETURN VALVES
From DN15 to DN100 bore with the extensive selection of sockets, connectors and flanges with 316 SS or Hastelloy springs.

From DN50 to DN300 in PP, PVDF and PVC in Sandwich or Full Bore designs.

Custom designed products

This extensive range of products is available in GRPP, PE, GRPE and PVDF along with a full selection of flanges, sockets, connectors, adaptors and outlets. We can also offer special products and valve connections.

Taps and tank fitting

Bib taps, anti-pressure and anti-splash vents, bulkhead fittings, hose adaptors, manhole covers and collets for use on storage tanks and containers.
