AUTOMATIC CONTROL VALVES

 

Regulation of pressure or flow for drinking and industrial water.

 

Theses valves have a unique design allowing a self-regulating function with a particularly precise and stable maintenance of the set-point, in conjunction with a low pressure-drop. Applicable for flows up to 1500m3/h and pressures up to 25 bar, sizes 2'' to 16'', multiple functions can be fulfilled:

  • Pressure reduction: maintain a steady and fixed downstream pressure (independent of upstream pressure or flow). The flow rate can be also kept at the preset value.
  • Pressure sustaining: maintain a fixed and stable upstream pressure (independent of the flow rate or downstream pressure).
  • Pressure discharge: prevent extreme pressure increase upstream by immediate release of the excess pressure to the atmosphere.
  • Level control: maintains a fixed level in a tank.

Many other functions are possible.

  • Normally closed, or open, with quick response.
  • High resistance to cavitations.
